Service overview

nano bannana lets you generate images from text prompts or reference images. Access is provided through our website and, where available, our API. Usage is measured in credits included with your subscription plan.

nano bannana provides a custom interface built on top of the Nano Banana API to enhance usability and provide additional features. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nano Banana or its creators.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use nano bannana to:

• Create, upload, or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Produce content involving exploitation, abuse, or harassment.
• Offer or promote regulated, prohibited, or high risk goods or services.
• Misrepresent reviews, testimonials, or usage metrics on your website or marketing materials.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its security features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Customer content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your prompts and content. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit such content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

All platform software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property. You are responsible for the content you submit and generate. If your prompts or inputs contain third party content, you must have the right to use it.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to you. We will not claim ownership of your confidential information.

Pricing, billing, and taxes

• Current pricing is displayed at /pricing and is part of these terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Usage rights (including commercial use, if available) depend on your plan and are described on /pricing.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. We do not store your full payment card details.

Credits and usage

Credits are the unit used to measure usage. The generator shows credit cost before you run a job so you can decide whether to proceed. Credits may be included with a plan or purchased separately depending on the options available on the pricing page.

You are responsible for managing your usage based on the credit costs shown in the product. If you are unsure about plan details or usage rights, consult the pricing page before publishing assets.

Refunds and cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings page or by contacting support. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• If you believe you were charged in error or the service was unavailable, contact support with relevant details. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion and will honor any mandatory refund rights required by law.

Third party services

The service may rely on third party providers for infrastructure, analytics, or payment processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party services outside our control.

Service communications
