Welcome to Nano Bannana. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI image generation service. By using Nano Bannana, you agree to these terms.

Service Overview

Nano Bannana lets you generate images from text prompts or reference images. Access is provided through our website and, where available, our API. Usage is measured in credits that are included with your subscription plan.

Nano Bannana provides a custom interface that may use third-party AI models and infrastructure. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model providers.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nano Bannana to:

• Create, upload, or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Produce content involving exploitation, abuse, or harassment.
• Offer or promote regulated, prohibited, or high-risk goods or services (examples include drugs, alcohol, tobacco/vaping, weapons, gambling, adult content, or get-rich-quick schemes).
• Misrepresent reviews, testimonials, or usage metrics on your website or marketing materials.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its security features.

Customer Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your prompts and content. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit such content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. All platform software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property.

Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

• Current pricing is displayed at /pricing and is part of these terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Usage rights (including commercial use, if available) depend on your plan and are described on /pricing.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. We do not store your full payment card details.

Refunds and Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings page; access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• If you believe you were charged in error or the service was unavailable, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion and will honor any mandatory refund rights required by law.
• We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days.
